graph doesn't go high enough
Using pro app for pet't glucose reading. Graph ends at 450. How can we make it display up to 500? I feel this should be a feature within Options.
Thanks. |

Welcome to the Forum!
Your question has been previously addressed here. Read through the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance, if you have not already done so. These threads will most-likely help you a lot. Self education is one of the keys to successful management of your diabetes, along with a healthy / sensible diet and exercise. Basically, diabetes requires a life-style change for the better. Please consider doing everything in your power to get your average blood glucose readings down to less than 140 mg/dL. Good luck with your control and management.

Hi Dano, thanks for your response. I read the thread you referenced and beg to differ. There is no resolution. Just more people asking for this type of an enhancement to the app, including 2 suggestions from yourself.
Considering the app hasn't been updated since 2012, perhaps it's time for a new build. For now, I'm pleased with the Graphs available on your website. Thanks, -R. |

Hi R;
That was my point, the thread has been addressed, but was never resolved. The previous support person, username "jan", had intended to make those changes, but he didn't get around to it before he left. He has been the one and only GB support person. Until they get another, it will probably never happen. I would agree that it is time for a rebuild or complete revamp of the software. But how does one go about getting that done? I am just a user, the same as you. Hopefully some day, not holding my breath until then.
