Unhappy New to T2

Hello,
My name is Jane and I was diagnosed with T2 on 2/21/13 when I landed in ER from Primary when the meter read critically high. I am now in 2 pills and two insulin's. I am still trying ti wrap my head around all of this, am very thankful for the site, but do not understand half of the acronyms listed. Any and all help is appreciated.

Jane;

Welcome to the Forum!

Read through the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance, if you have not already done so. These threads will most-likely help you a lot. Self education is one of the keys to successful management of your diabetes, along with a healthy sensible diet and exercise. Basically, diabetes requires a life-style change for the better. Good luck with your control and management.

It appears that you have the T2 acronym down, what others would you like to know about.

I figured out the others, now my question is on the app for phone is it just for iphones or can you use it on droids also? I also wondered how to print the graph and reports to take to the doctors with me.

The App is available for Droids, but it is different. Currently you can't upload data via the Droid App.

Printing is addressed in the "GB Help" thread.
