Default Cinnamon to stabalize glucose levels?

I have started to use a 1,000 mg cinnamon supplement (2 caps) daily. When I am out of these caps I have a new bottle of Cinsulin (another supplement)I got at Costco.
Has anyone else tried cinnamon for diabetes? I am thinking it couldn't hurt but wanted to know if it a waste of money.
My first idea was to go to the donut shop and eat a few cinnamon rolls but my wife nixed that idea.

Cinnamon works great it helps metabolize sugar in your body. I got some cinnamon capsules and anything that I can put it on or in I do.
