Diabetes is likes roller Coster in the dark there's the ups and downs twists and turns and unexpected drops

As I responded to another post, I've had great results from a high fat, med protein, very low carb diet described by Dr Richard Bernstein. Other names for it are the Ketogenic diet. You don't have to buy anything. All the info is out there. It's the way all diabetics should be eating.
