Cannot sync information
I started with the light version of GB and was unable to sync logs in that app as I believe it was not enabled. Shortly thereafter upgraded to Pro and now I am unable to sync. Two way upload/download is enabled, I have reset my password on the site, logged in there, reset it on the app, and restarted my phone to no avail.
I am at a loss on how to sync these logs to the site so that I may share them with my doctor. I still have yet to rate this app. |

If you have logs on the web, you should be able to repopulate the app by finding the "sync all" button. If you are having trouble with uploading data, then it is most-likely a password or username problem. The free version works, that is what I have used for the past five years to upload nearly 12k logs.

No syncing buttons on the app work. Are you saying I should try syncing from the web site itself?

Have you rebooted your iPhone since you installed the GB Pro App? If not turn the iPhone off and back on, sometimes this works. If this doesn't work, delete the app and reinstall it. Make sure that your username and password are the same on all devices and try the sync again.

Have not recived GB Pro Response
I have been trying since 27 Nov 2012 to sync my iphone with my PC but keep getting the you need to activate the GB Pro link that is in the letter that i am supposed to recive after Registration.
I also keep looking in my spam, but have not recived any thing from GB Pro even if i have already bought it twice. Need help. Ted |
