Default Lost pro
When I upgraded to the newOS for my iPhone I lost the Pro version that I had paid for and now I'm supposed to pay another $5.99 to get it again? Any help from anyone?

Normally, iTunes records show that you have purchased this program and you won't be charged again, even though up front it says that you will. It has worked this way for others, your result may vary.
