Default can't get the app to sync for 1st time

I got the app and filled in the info. I waited for the email
With the link to confirm so my app would work. I never got the email.
Went to the website and logged in. Rechecked my inbox and spam and nothing.
Made sure username and password were correct and tried
Again. It keeps saying I haven't created an account and to check my mail.
How do I solve the problem?
I'm about ready to give up. I emailed support twice in the last 10 days with no response.
Should I just go use another app that has better support and less headaches?

Welcome to the Forum!

Keep emailing support and you could try a PM to them as well.

Read trough the "GB Help" thread to make sure that you are inputting the information correctly. Is the hand held device storing your data, but you just can't sync with the cloud?

There are other apps available, but I am not sure they have better support and less headaches.
