Hi this is my third day as a Diabetic
I found out thursday in a rutine visit to my doctor,
Im 66 so I get routine checkups every six months
It seems I gained too much weight (212 lbs) and
that increased my blood sugar(146) so i got to take
a pill daile ,go on a diet and buy a glucose meter
so here I am
