I am new to GB and tracking glucose readings etc in preparation for a total pancreatectomy. Can anyone tell me how to syc my GB logs to my I phone Application of GB? I try exporting logs etc with no success. Are there settings i should be making?

Hi Jim,
To sync both ways, you'll need to purchase the 2-way sync add-on available from within the Premium Features icon on the dock.

I was able to purchase the Premium Sync feature (kind of pricy at $12.99) and it now works. Another question - how does one access the graph option? Another App or purchase?

The graph options are available on the website, no app and no cost.

To bring up the Graphs from the website: My Diabetes; My Graphs.

I purchased the 2 way sync app but still can't sync from computer to i phone. How is this done? What am i missing? Thanks much (Dano)

Make sure that all of your information is the same on all devices; account name, email address and passwords etc. Check the GB Help thread, there is some info there.
