Default Busy Mom

Hi Iam new to this forum. And Iam glad I found this.
I work a lot and forget to take care of myself. Until few days ago My Doc's nurse called me and said my hgba1c was rocket high.I coudn't believe it. I was angry and was on denial. I told the nurse, I will buy my hgbA1c machine just to clarify. Well anyway I finally calm down and started to monitore my sugar everyday after not checking it for 3 months. It just hit me my numbers are high. So now I promise to slow down and take care of myself. Take my meds religiously, count carbs and exercise.
