Hello from Hong Kong

Hi

I am new to here. Got diabete a few months ago, and I lose like 20lb in 1 month or so. back then my Glucose level is 12.6 and 22.5 after taking glucose. After about weeks of diet control, now my glucose is now down to 5.X and 7-8 after meal.
