not all data available to transfer to excel

When I transferred data last week, I was missing 5/22 - 7/20.
Today - 90 days only gave me a bit more than one month.
When I looked at the email list, the info is all there, but Tandem only wants blood glucose data.
Is there a way to fix this soon?
