I can't get graphs to display and when I try to export my logs they won't export. Any assistance?

What graphs are you speaking of, the web graphs or the in-app graph? If you have never uploaded your log data there won't be any information for the web graphs to view.

Web Graphs. I have synced from the app. All of the logs show on the site, but the graphs will not display and I can not export a csv file.

Have you tried a different browser? The website does not favor Internet Explorer Version 9 or higher.
