Wink Hi I'm new to this!

hey peeps

I'm new here. Was diagnosed with Type 2 a week after Christmas 2014.
Was looking for an easier way to record my blood sugar levels & my diet in one place and found this app.
The reviews were good...hope it works for me!
I'm a young 51 Aussie living in Adelaide.
Just been through the worse 4 years of my life which is probs the reason I ended up with diabetes.
My aim is to beat the disease with diet, exercise & a less stressful lifestyle!

Welcome to the Forum!

Read through the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance, if you have not already done so. These threads will most-likely help you a lot. Self education is one of the keys to successful management of your diabetes, along with a healthy / sensible diet and exercise. Basically, diabetes requires a life-style change for the better. Good luck with your control and management.
