hypoglemica

I have been dx with hypoglemica and two hours after I eat my sugar drops. Any one else got this and how do you control yours to keep levels where they are suppose yo be. I have tried 6 small meals no sweets everything. When I don't eat I am ok. Help. Thanks Charlene
