Recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. When I get out of bed quickly or stand up quick i get light headed, enough that I sometimes need to sit down. Blood pressure is normal. Does this come with diabetes?

I don't think that it come from diabetes, more so with the meds that you may be taking. Talk to you doctor about this, he will explain it, as it does happen. Until then just get up slowly.
