I was diagnosed when I was at my nephews house and he made me a few drinks. Felt fine when I left. Apparently passed out behind the wheel thankfully not hurting someone. They took me to hospital and blood sugar was 900. When I was released dr put me on shots. Did ok. Took myself off cause I was tired of taking needles. Readings fluctuate. I cannot take metforim cause of liver. Going to find a new doc to see what they can do. Anyone else with liver disease that cannot take oral meds? What are you on? I have Hep C with cirrohsis
