Everything I exercise like gardening or cleaning my bg really drops---if at work I stay pretty much the same but on weekends I keep dropping not sure how to get a happy medium noticing also hydration affects everything --I eat every couple hours at work but tend to forget or not be as Hungary on weekends--anyone else having this happen--can't exercise much especially with heat because of asthma. Trying to walk each lunch when air is not so bad outside--doctors want me to exercise going slowly because it effects everything

You may need to eat a few extra carbs prior to heavy exercise or cleaning. Consider learning to count carbs and read the first three threads in the Type 2 section, they may help you a lot.
