Default What not to DO!

Well let me tell you a story.....

I was diagnosed a type II two years ago. I originally followed a regime and had my bg somewhat manageable. I took a job that had me gone long stretches of time. I fell off the wagon.

It only took a year and a half to get to a heart attack. Needless to say I am back on the wagon. Don't let depression or denial get in your way.

Soooo true!! I fell off the wagon after 2 years of being told I had manageable Type II. I just had a heart attack 3 weeks ago. At that time I also had open heart surgery with a quadruple bypass!! Sucks for me!!
