unable to add Activity log

Can anyone tell me the steps to add my Activity log? I've tried it everything I can think of to no avail.

I finally went to the website and tried logging in my exercise there and I was able to do it - but not on my iPhone 4S. However, I was able to sync the entry to my phone. I would still like to know if there's a way to do it on my phone.

Yes, you can log it from the App. Take a look at the "GB Help" thread, the steps are there.
