Default Does anybody else feel this way?

I feel like I just do enough to get by. I'm always experiencing bouts of fatigue, and I'm easily discouraged. I never do my best in anything, it's not that I lack the desire, but when I finish with school and work for the day, I don't have energy to motivate myself to practice piano, write, read, or anything constructive. I havent even cleaned and organized as much as I used to. Why am I stuck in a rut? How can I get out of it?

Default to Sebastianbilly

If your blood sugar is high you can feel that way. If you take Metformin your B12 may be low (I had to take B12 shots). Dehydration can cause those symptoms. Of course anemia can do it too. Lastly depression can definitely cause some if not all of your symptoms
