Hi 1stmate and welcome, what type are you? Do you have the pleasure of the pill, the dubious delights of diet control or the joys of the jab? (I was thinking of injections but couldn't find an adjective starting the I!)

Hi. I have the pleasure of the pill and the Jab. I use Lantus once a day at bedtime so the jab is not that bad. Take care
