I refuse be labled as a diabetic. It's my absolute worst nightmare. I'm deathly afraid of needles and advised my endocrinologist that if he ever tells me that I need to start shooting up, is the day I go home and blow my brains out. I had him note this on my records.
I could never live like that with zero quality of life. It's beyond me how anyone can..... (I'd rather be dead!!)
