Default losing 40 pounds helped.

Recently lost 40 pounds and have seen a great change in my glucose numbers. Been diagnosed for 2 years, used to struggle to maintain good numbers but now seeing ease of control. Anyone else seen significant change? I was overweight to begin with.

Yes, many have seen the same results. Loosing even 10 pounds will often help. Congratulations on your weight loss accomplishment. Keep up the good work!

Yes. I lost 80 lbs & my numbers went from 150s to the 90s. Took me about 16 months. Now I'm off all meds & feeling sooo much better. Good luck. Keep up the good work!
