Default Can chiropractic treatment help to maintain blood sugar level?

I'm a type 2 diabetic patient. Because of my work nature (sitting in front of the desk), I'm experiencing severe back and neck pain. I took painkillers for few days but my hubby asked me to stop taking those pills as he is worried about my health. He said one of his friends had the same issue and had undergone chiropractic treatment from oakville chiropractic centre in Oakville. But his friends didn't have diabetes. I'm taking medications for diabetes so I just want to know if I undergo the treatment then will it have any negative impact on the blood sugar level. I have read in some blog that chiropractic treatment will also help you to maintain blood sugar level. Some people has even experienced a decrease in glucose level and hemoglobin. I'm just curious to know more about it. Hope the treatment makes wonders in me.

Chiropractors claim many things. I would be leery of any claims regarding your diabetes. A back adjustment fine, a blood sugar adjustment no so sure.
