logs won't sync

Can't sync logs from GB App on iPhone 6, any ideas please?

How do sync logs from GB to GB PRO? Would think after "paying" for upgrade, this would be automatic. Sent an email for tech support. All I hear are crickets....

Make sure 2 way syncing is checked in settings then tell it to sync
