Default upgraded to PRO, can't find e/mail to activate

I upgraded to PRO, paid for it, $5.99, started using PRO, but can't sync my records as I did not click on a supposed e/mail from GB PRO to activate.....I think I accidentally deleted it. I have written to GB, a few times, no response, and I am upset that they say "they will respond......" so far nothing. I will not pay for it again....anybody else have a suggestion as to how I can activate this APP that I paid for already?

The email is the only way that I know of to activate the account. Keep trying to contact them.

Wait a minute, if you upgraded to Pro, then you were already using the Free version and should have a web account already set-up. The Free version uploads logs to the website "cloud" just as the Pro version does. It would appear to me that all you need to do, with the Pro version, is enter your account name and password (the same information that your were using on the Free version and the website) and upload or download your information to/from the website.

Hi, Yes, I THOUGHT that too, however, when I tried it, it did not work. When I click on the PRO and put in that info from before, it says I have to click on the LINK in the EMail they sent me (check my spam folder, and so on.....)
which I did, nothing, and as I admitted, I could have accidentally deleted it.
This is really making me angry, as they refer to Responding, as if they do it immediately.....that's a joke. I am about to quit trying, as it really doesn't seem worth it, for $5.99, however, it is the Principle now....(did I spell that right?).....well, I am sure you get it. Thanks. Still

The last thing that I would try is to create a new note on your iPhone and key in the username & password and copy & past this in the GB Pro App. It's the only way, that I know of, to insure that this information is correct. Our big fingers don't work well with the iPhone's tiny keypad. Principle is spelled correctly, btw. I hope it works, if not try the link in post #4.

Thanks for the information, if I understood it, I would be in great shape. I will try to do what you say.....Again, very discouraging, but I did get some response from somebody at Azumio, who asked if I was using the "sleep" app? What was that about?

Azumio has a "Sleep-Time App" on the market, but I don't know what that has to do with your email to them or with the GB App. Personally, I would guess none. It was probably a ploy to put the ball back in your court.
