ready!
New to this site. Been type 2 for about 3 years. Taking oral meds and have not been serious about testing and or taking care of myself. Glad I found this site. Been serious for about 1year, eating healthy and working in exercise fairly regularly. I'm 55 years old and would like any help I can get!
