Hi. I am PWD 2 maintained by diet and exercise. I feel I have been very successful in managing my diabetes. In 2005 I was 66 lbs heavier. I ate healthier and started walking. Walking is still my main source of exercise and I love it. As with most things in life, sometimes we are on the right path, sometimes we stray. Lately I have strayed and I'm hoping GB can support me getting back on the right path. I know I can do it. I just need a bit of help right now. Thx!
