Default new to this

I could really use some ideas on foods I can eat that won't send my sugar threw the roof. Recipes that don't take four hours to cook and that actually taste good.

Welcome to the Forum!

There are lots of things that you can eat and lots that you shouldn't. The best advice that I can give you is to learn to count carbs. We all have to find out which foods work for us and which foods drive our blood sugars up, since we are all different. Read the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance, they will help you a lot. Good luck with your control and management.

Thank you. My husband and myself just found out with in a week that we are both diabetic. This is a big life change for us both. Kind of scared. But very determined to live a very full and long life.
