I have a question... What foods do you eat and when?
I'm trying to take control and I have been doing alot of reading on what foods to eat and what not to eat but I'm the kind of person that wants to be told... This is what you eat Here, Here and Here!!! Not only that but I also don't have extra money to be buying organic and expensive meats. Anyone have a Meal Plan that works to keep the sugars down, taste buds excited and the checking account happy? |

You can eat anything that anyone else eats, just in moderation. Learn to count carbs, there is a thread on Carb Counting 101 and it is one of the first three in the Type 2 Section. Believe me it works! Basically, successful management of Type 2 is just a healthy lifestyle, that we all should have been doing from the start.
