Forgot to say -- I can't see any significant weight loss as a result of my exercise, but I am continually amazed at how it brings my blood sugar down. Yesterday and today, for example, I went from the 140's, rose the bike for an hour, and saw my "after activity" reading plummet to the middle 80's. !!!

Keep doing the exercise and count carbs, the weight will come off.
