How do you balance with the medication?
Can I take Fenugreek and Glucovance at the SAME time after meal?

Since being diagnosed I have been eating Chia seeds and I was taking fenugreek in pill form. Since gardening season is about to begin I'm growing some so I didn't buy anymore pills when I ran out. Honestly I have not noticed any difference in my levels since not taking it. We'll see what happens when I start eating it out of my garden.
