Default BS spikes during the night

Any tips on stopping my BS from rising during the night? When I went to bed it was 89, but in the morning it was 158. I'm pretty normal during the day. Last A1c 7.4 which is mostly in part to the raise during the night.

Maybe try going to bed with a higher BS #. I try going to bed with a # of about 110-120 & typically wake with a BS of about 94-100.
