Hi
With the medical issues you have described it is understandable you have lost weight, however to be safe you need to speak to your GP to get a referral to a neutritionist/dietician. They can give you the best advise having the knowledge of your health issues.
Good luck. Btw I wouldn't let it worry you too much you will get your weight back when you get healthier. I had cancer 3 years ago and lost loads of weight, but with good support from family and friends and support team they got me through.. I am now back to my normal weight. I am type 1 diabetic.

I have read that the ideal weight for 5'9" is between 138 and 169, so 150 sound good.

Follow a dietician, and search a bit in google to get the right answer.

Default my tip

Hey dude, try to workout and bulk up, by bulking you will need to eat more than the normal amount that you are currently eating, and by working out as well you won't get fat, you will get mostly muscle.

if you have any more questions let me know! glad to help.
