From the server logs, it looks like you are experiencing the problem that happens when you delete one of your online logs from the website w/o also deleting the same one from within the app. This will definitely cause the problem.
Does any of this info help?

After syncing I found an error in the glucose amount I typed into a log entry on the iPhone. I corrected the value on the web site and then I corrected the value on the iPhone. After doing this I can no longer sync.
I was using v. 3.1.1 (I think) and got the "try again or try later" message each time I tried to sync. I updated to v. 3.2 and now I get the "you might have deleted a log on the web site that you did not delete from the iPhone" message every time I try to sync.
It is a clear as the nose on my face how to delete log entries on the web. How do you delete log entries on the iPhone? Under the 'My Logs' I can see how to edit log entries, but now how to delete them.
ADDED AS EDIT: What exactly is a "Junior Member", and what other member levels are there?
