If you are talking about uploading data from the iPad2 to the website "cloud", remember that the account name and password must be the same on all devices and the website.
If you are talking about downloading data from the website "cloud" to the iPad2, then you will need to purchase the two-way-sync. Additional info is available on the forum, just do a tag search on "two-way-sync".
