You shouldn't be having any problem logging in from the website, unless you are running some some type of security software or have certain security features checked within your browser settings. If you are running Internet Explorer (IE) Version #9, i would suggest that you try Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome. We have had no problems with either of these, and Safari works as well.
