Default travel equals uncertainty for me

Dano listed great links to ponder. When the protein starts to spill pay close attn. You mentioned travel. Keep in mind the A1C is cumulative over a 90 day blood screen. Not sure how it works but I had a brutally honest nurse who told me my "Lie Detector" test was 9.2. That's what the endo refers to it as. So keep it in mind the glucose buddy can give spot on recording and I think discussing all your options are better than meds since ur soooooo close to.ok.

I.find the following things make my bgl spike so much so, its why I had highest ever a1c and HOSPITAL STAYS to get regulated for them: sickness, carbs loading. Not one meal but travelling and having bagels, burger, casserole and snack by end of day I might be 120 but chances are I was 399 aftersupper and that ON THE 90 DAY avg is losing prop, pain of med or any kind, any sterroid or shots, many meds. Also walking actually lowers 200 pts for me. Just have to stay with it.

You sounnd very succesful working and that's a recipe for me to.slip. hard to believe but doing well has celebration and careless behavior. I am tryig.to.use glucose buddy to.team up with the diabetic nurse and kick this.pig! I am certain you will make.it if you put your mind to it!

BE WELL!
