I generally eat 2 eggs, 2 pieces of low cal wheat bread, 2 pieces of bacon, fruit spread for the toast and salsa for the eggs or 1 cup cheerios and 1/4 cup skim milk or a peanut butter sandwich. According to your post I have not been much help to you.

Have you tried oat meal? If you can eat this do so in moderation as it spikes some peoples blood sugar. I am waiting to see what everyone else post. When you find what is best for you can to eat at breakfast please let us know.
