Hi. I'm having the same problem. I used the web and an iPhone. If I add the log on the iPhone, it syncs to the web, but the web logs don't sync down to the iPhone. I'm thinking this is by design.
I would love it if I could have all the logs on my iPhone, but I guess I can enter them on my phone and go up to the web. The web doesn't have the email log functions the iPhone app has. That's disappointing, too.
