Maybe I don't understand. My doc says keep your bg under 120, which I do. I eat what ever I want and watch calories only. It seems reading posts that I should be watching carbs not calories. I've lost 60 pounds and my friends say I'm looking sickly. Doc says only take bg readings once a week and then only before breakfast. All my blood readings are perfect and have been for over 18 months. Do I need a new doc or re-educated?
