Read through the Carb Counting 101 thread, in the Type 2 section, when you get a chance. There are some iPhone apps and websites that may help you, near the end.
"I have fear of lows and tend to over correct them". To adjust lows try the
15-15 Rule. Over adjusting will put you on a roller coaster with your blood glucose levels.
