I don't know anything about this, but I am going to give it a whirl. It appears to me that if the pump is small enough, it is not too obvious and you don't find that it is uncomfortable, then you could probably wear it in a normal bra. I know a lady that carries her cell phone there. That being said, they do make special bras for the pump and you may want to check out this
