With this being my first and at 29 weeks being told I have GD, I've been able to bring it down considerably. With mostly protein and salads, which fill me nicely without spiking. What has been great for me is having one piece of wheat bread with peanut butter to hold me over for a snack. The one thing I can't wait for though, is to stop pricking my fingers!
