Type II - diagnosed 2007

Male, 52 yrs old
5'7", 158lbs
location - SoCal
Meds - Metformin 850 100mg 2x bid, Januvia 100mg 1x bid

Recent Lab A1Cs
3/10 7.6
3/22 7.5

Goal - getting it under 7.
