My issue, is that the device often won't connect to the GB server to sync the logs. The logs ARE saved to the device but, if I'm needing to print three months of logs for the Doctor, I can't because the current logs are still in the phone, and the phone won't sync. It used to connect anytime, every time. Not for since the last update.
It's very inconvenient to say the least. And don't say "what do you want for free," because I've paid for all the add on's. Don't get me wrong, it's a great program, and much easier than keeping paper logs. It would be nice to know if there will be an update anytime soon. Or, is this a server side issue?
