You are not kidding, loosing weight means changing everything for me. Diet, exercise and dealing with Diabetes for all of it. Can't do it all at once, I had to ramp up to 3 hours of exercise per week over a couple of months. Finally resorted to counting carbs and a 2000 calorie/day diet to loose weight.
