I have problems w the stub sweating off and the benzoin leaves a sticky film that helps the stub adhere. Maybe that would protect your skin from the glue? To add to Jims3400...you could also try IV Prep pads (same size as alcohol swabs) and are very inexpensive. You can get them through Medtronic.
