I found out yesterday that I have gestational diabetes. My doctor said that 135 was abnormal and mine is 204.
She set me up an app with a midwife this Tuesday and called me in a meter. I've never had to deal with this before at all. I'm deathly scared of needles and worried that my baby could be in danger. I'm 29 weeks along already. This is my first pregnancy. My sister taught me how to use my meter today (She's a nurse) so I can start checking before Tuesday. My levels today the highest has been 124. I don't know whether it was a fluke or what. Good Luck to everybody.
